When clients choose professional collection, KINORA coordinates the collection with an approved local collector based on the client's location and case requirements.
The client does not need to find a collector themselves. KINORA coordinates the collection.

Applications are reviewed by KINORA. Only approved and active collectors are assigned client appointments.
