The process
What happens, in order

Talk it through
A coordinator reviews your situation, confirms who should be tested, and explains what the report can and cannot show.

Book your collection
Attend our Richmond DNA Testing & Collection Centre, or ask about collection coordination in your service area.
- 03
Identity-verified sampling
Government-issued ID is checked where legal use is intended, and samples are sealed in tamper-evident packaging.

Accredited partner analysis
Samples are transferred to a qualified, accredited laboratory partner. KINORA GENETICS does not perform analysis.

Secure results
The partner laboratory's report is released to your private portal, with a debrief call available on request.

Which sample?
Cheek swab, special sample or professional collection
Most people provide a cheek swab. If you already have an item, have it reviewed before sending. Legal and official matters usually require witnessed collection.
