2. Your collector calls you
After payment, a local collection professional serving your area contacts you directly to confirm the appointment.
3. Collection at your address
The collector arrives at the confirmed time, verifies identity where required and collects cheek-swab samples.
4. Track your status
The Client Portal shows Arranging collection, Appointment confirmed and Collection completed.

How to prepare
Government-issued photo ID
Each adult participant should have valid photo ID ready. Legal and immigration tests require it.
All participants present
Everyone being tested should be at the address at the confirmed time, including children with a parent or guardian.
No food or drink for 30 minutes
Avoid eating, drinking, smoking or chewing gum for at least 30 minutes before the cheek swab.
Order number and documents
Keep your order number available, plus any consent or case documents requested for your test.

When will the collector contact me?
After your payment is confirmed, the assigned collector contacts you by phone to confirm a date and time.
Is my preferred time guaranteed?
No. The date and time you choose at checkout are a request. Your appointment is confirmed only when the collector confirms it.
How long does collection take?
Most cheek-swab collections take a short visit. Legal and immigration cases may take longer due to identity and documentation steps.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Contact KINORA GENETICS with your order number as soon as possible and we will coordinate the change with your collector.
