Sample Collection Options
Blood Collection (Mother)
A blood sample from the pregnant mother is collected by a healthcare provider. Blood collection and healthcare provider fees are not included in the testing price.
Cheek Swab (Alleged Father)
The alleged father's sample is a standard cheek swab, collected at our Richmond, BC location, by mobile collection, or with a home kit where appropriate.
Coordinated Appointments
Our team helps coordinate collection for both participants, including participants in different locations where available.
Availability & Country Notes
- Testing is generally available from approximately 9 weeks of pregnancy. Eligibility should be confirmed before sample collection.
- Available across Canada; blood collection must be arranged with a healthcare provider in your area.
