Our role

KINORA GENETICS is a DNA testing service and sample collection platform operated by Canadian International Business Development Corp.. We coordinate consultation, identity verification, sample collection, documentation, and secure report delivery. We do not own or operate a laboratory and we perform no analysis at any of our sites.

All laboratory analysis and reporting is performed by qualified, accredited laboratory partners. Those partners determine the methods used, the accuracy statistics reported, and the content of the report.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular result, probability, or conclusion. Turnaround times are estimates provided by our laboratory partners, begin when all required samples are received by the partner, and may be affected by sample quality, participant availability, courier transit, and case complexity.

We do not guarantee that any court, immigration authority, government body, employer, or other organisation will accept a report. Acceptance is decided solely by the receiving party.

Nothing on this website or in our communications is medical, diagnostic, legal, or immigration advice. Wellness and traits reports are educational and must not be used to make health decisions. Please consult a licensed healthcare professional or an authorised representative about your circumstances.

Eligibility and consent

Each participant, or their parent or legal guardian, must provide informed consent before collection. Testing intended for legal or official use requires supervised collection, government-issued identification, and documented chain of custody. Collecting a sample from another person without lawful authority or consent is prohibited.

Service areas

Richmond, British Columbia is our Head Office and DNA Testing & Collection Centre and is our only physical location. Any other city or region we list indicates collection-coordination availability through partner collectors, is not an office, and is subject to confirmation.

Pricing, payment, and cancellation

Prices shown are indicative and confirmed in writing before collection. Fees for collection, kits, courier transfer, and partner laboratory analysis may become non-refundable once a sample has been transferred to the laboratory partner. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the coordination services described here is limited to the fees paid for the affected order. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report, or for acts or omissions of third-party laboratories, couriers, or authorities.
