KINORA GENETICS confirms which sample types your test accepts, whether the sample can be shipped internationally for your case, and what documentation each participant must provide, before any collection takes place. Support is available in English and Chinese.

- For tests and sample types eligible for mail-in submission, yes — once the international shipping route for your case has been confirmed with your order instructions.
- Where do I send my sample?
- To the sample receiving address issued with your order. KINORA GENETICS does not publish a general receiving address in China, because the route is confirmed per case.
- Do I need professional DNA collection?
- Professional, identity-verified collection is required for legal, immigration and other documented cases. Personal-interest tests can usually use an eligible self-collected sample.
- Can KINORA arrange a collector in my city in China?
- Professional collection can be coordinated in some locations, subject to local availability. Contact KINORA GENETICS with the participant's location so availability can be confirmed.
- Can a participant in China and a participant in another country complete the same test?
- Yes in many cases. Each participant is collected locally and the samples are coordinated into one case where the test and the case requirements allow it.
- Is support available in Chinese?
- Yes. KINORA GENETICS provides case communication in English and Chinese.
