- Can participants in the US and Canada complete the same DNA test?
- Yes, in most relationship and immigration-style cases. Each participant is collected in their own location and the samples are coordinated into a single case where the test allows it.
- Should I send my sample before placing an order?
- No. A sample sent without a completed order and matching instructions cannot be linked to a case and may not be usable.
